Account deletion

Delete your customer account

Sign in to your customer account, then choose Delete account under Account controls. The same action is available inside the mobile app.

What is removed

Your profile, saved addresses, rewards, sign-in sessions and push subscription are permanently removed. Previous orders are retained only as anonymised operational and accounting records.

Need help?

If you cannot sign in, email hello@getprepd.uk from the account email address and include the restaurant name.
